I have read this piece of info from TVFXQ! live journal. Here it is:

Something happened @ the last night (28/10/2007) of their O ENCORE Concert!
For the last song (Hug).. Jae slipped and fell off the stage!! The other guys didnt know until the end!
We couldnt see him anywhere and was really worried..
Jae still sang his parts when it was his turn 2 sing, you could hear him strugglin..
Bearin in mind Jae was no where 2 be seen still..
Jae only came back on stage after the song had finished. He wasnt limpin but i saw he had his hand on his back/hips when he stood with them.
He was also strugglin abit when he was talkin. But he was still smilin.

This was rather shocking and Jaejoong was really very careless. It should be very painful to him when he fell from the stage. Hope that he will take care of himself.
